Uk ( Ceelgardinews.com ) :- The Somaliland concession for DP world investment in Berbera has many enemies including former DP world managed Djibouti Ports. Djibouti authorities had a bitter dispute with DP world which ended in the courts. Further Relations between United Arab Emirates and Djibouti get soured.
The Wall Street Journal reported the deal in May 216. In addition to the management terms, an investment of up to $442 million is planned to expand the port infrastructure. It will be phased depending on port volumes, DP World said.
Djibouti has a wide spying network in Somaliland including businessman, religious leaders and politicians.
Djibouti has easily infiltrated DP world operations in Berbera via sub contractos, namely the owners of Daallo airlines, which is one of the Djibouti intelligence spying network stations.
